The group’s goal is to provide customers with high quality aerospace products and service at all times. Our aim is to establish a working environment where the need for quality is fully recognised, understood and implemented across the organisation.
Specifically the MEC team aims to:
- Provide our clients with high quality aerospace products at all times, and pursue continual improvement of our quality in parts and systems
- Maintain high levels of customer service and attention to our customer requirements and expectations
- To provide interested parties with relevant and appropriate information
- To continually improve the performance of the group by setting and reviewing objectives, targets, and monitoring both our own and our supplier’s performance
- To train our personnel so that they may take responsibility for the quality of their work
- To ensure that all staff are aware of this policy, the systems that support it and how it affects them with regards to quality, environmental and health and safety issues.
- Delivering quality aerospace products is an absolute requirement of our business. It is our aim to be right first time and on time
High quality of service is achieved through these four steps:

IDENTIFY
The spares are identified based on specifications and personal inspection.

PROCURE
Correct sources are identified and procured with minimum lead time.

DOCUMENTATION
Documents establishing the origin of equipments/spares are established.

DELIVERY
Procured spares are handled carefully and delivered safely at client location.
