Procurement Service
MEC source spares as per specifications from OEM sources of UK, US, Germany and Netherlands. MEC has large database of sources for equipments and spares from all over the world. For the aircrafts that are old, for which OEM spares are not being manufactured or stocks available, MEC has the reputation of having unique sources for repair or reproduction of such rare spares using reverse engineering techniques.
Repair Service
Capability for repair services makes us stand apart from other suppliers. We have been able to save by repairing many old and obsolete types of equipments for which replacements are not available. At MEC we apply reverse engineering technique and redesign to save time and money for clients and ensure that these equipments work fast and without fail.
We started our journey in the repair field with the successful repair of an aircraft idling for a long time due to a faulty spare part which had no OEM support. With the confidence established by repairing the data processor unit as the first equipment, of Major LRU of Seaking Helicopter/Sea Harrier which had no OEM Support, we never had to look back.
Indigenization Service
In accordance with the spirit of the Prime Ministers ‘Make-in-India’ campaign, MEC has ventured into the production of high precision aircraft spares of defence standard in collaboration with STJ’s ENGINEERS (AN ISO 9001-2000 certified company) who have the expertise and materials. This partner firm is founded by Mr. John F Padamadann who has long working experience in key departments of a highly reputed industry for precision and quality. The strength of this firm is latest powerful CNC macines, which are novel to Indian industries.
